  • Why choose mobile bartenders?

    Mobile Bartending service with Oregon Trail Traveling Tavern offers an unmatched combination of personalized service, convenience, and a distinctive atmosphere that can be tailored to fit the unique style and needs of any celebration, large or small.


    Also, by providing the alcohol yourself, you can save significantly on costs without compromising on the quality of beverages served at your event.

  • What is the cost for an event?

    Pricing an adventure as unique as yours isn't a one-size-fits-all affair. We tailor our services to the distinct flair of your occasion, because we believe your event is unparalleled. 


    We can say that most events will have a $750 minimum. Reach out to us so we can provide you with a custom quote!

  • Who supplies the alcohol?

    Per Oregon law, mobile bartenders are not allowed to carry liquor licenses or supply the alcohol. We provide you with a custom shopping list to ensure you get the perfect amount of alcohol, along with us all other elements needed (ice, barware, drinkware, napkins, garnishes and more). You provide the alcohol, we provide the service!


    Should your event require, we can obtain a Temporary Sales License from the OLCC with advanced notice and an additional fee. This would allow us to manage the liquor logistics for public events, private celebrations, corporate outings and more.

  • What type of payment methods are accepted?

    At this time, we are happy to accept checks and a full slate of digital payments (Venmo, Apple, Cash App, Zelle or PayPal).*


    We do require a 50% deposit when we book your event, with the remaining 50% due two weeks before your event.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Based on the demand for events, we do ask that you cancel 30 days or more prior to your event in order to receive your deposit back. 


    Cancellations made within 14 - 30 days of your event will allow you to receive your deposit back minus a $250 administrative fee.


    Cancellations made within 14 days of your event will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Can I set up a consultation?

    Absolutely! We would love to connect with you in person, virtually via Zoom, or over the phone to discuss our packages and options to determine if we are a good fit for your event.

With a decade of experience in the service industry, my expertise lies in crafting unique, joy-filled experiences through exceptional customer service and relationship building.

By day, I'm an Account Executive, indulging in the fast-paced world of sports & entertainment. By night, I channel my love for hospitality into making your special events come alive.


Celebrating life's amazing moments is what drives me - whether it's a wedding, graduation, or any joyous occasion,  I believe in the power of bringing people together. When I'm not working, you will find me either at the Moda Center cheering on the Trail Blazers, or on the court playing tennis and volleyball.
